Maintaining Employment:
Maintaining employment can be tough for those with disabilities. The NDIS provides ongoing help to ensure work stability. This may include workplace adjustments, such as ergonomic equipment or assistive technologies, to accommodate unique demands. The initiative also provides financing for frequent check-ins with career coaches to address any challenges that may occur, as well as additional training or support as needed.
Furthermore, the NDIS can help employers and employees communicate more effectively, ensuring that both sides understand and address any necessary changes or accommodations. The NDIS intends to promote greater inclusion and economic engagement by assisting participants in both obtaining and keeping employment, thereby improving the overall well-being and independence of people with disabilities.
Our services include career coaching, workplace changes, and regular check-ins to address any issues that may occur. We collaborate together with you and your employer to foster an inclusive work environment and provide you with the resources and assistance you need to succeed in your role. Our goal is to assist you in establishing a satisfying career and achieving long-term work stability.
